They showed up when they said they would.
They accomplished the resurfacing in a professional and workman like manner. They removed all the debris and left the area in a neat and clean condition.

I just wanted to take a minute and give you some feedback regarding the deck you & Dexperts built for us. I will break this down into 3 pieces, the bid, work in progress and finished product.
The Bid - As with any project where I am going to hire a contractor, there is always the fear of things not going as planned or just plain falling through. To be perfectly honest, the first time we met I was very unsure of your capabilities, you seemed so relaxed and easy going, and you did not bring very much with you. After our second meeting I had a better feeling about you and your ability. You brought pictures of previous jobs, CAD drawings of our project, and you showed up exactly on time. Finally, as we defined how we wanted the deck built and had questions, you always provided complete answers and followed through as promised every time and on time. That is when I decided you should get our business, and you provided me right by continuing to deliver exactly what we discussed.
Work in Progress - You and your crew did everything as we agreed and left a clean work site at the end of every day. As with any project, we did come across a couple of problems as the work was progressing, but you came through and delivered to make us happy. The design of our stairs came out perfect, you made them work given the space constraints, much better than what I had imagined.
Finished product - To put it simply, WE LOVE IT! The attention to detail, the materials used, everything came out just awesome. Some quotes from neighbors and friends, "Wow!" "That is the nicest deck I have ever seen" and "This is like fine furniture". This has created a great space for us to enjoy the outdoors. We will always cherish it.
